'Tis the Reason. Another from my walks last week.
The Salvation Army Bell Ringers are out in full force. And as an added bonus, in NYC they are performers as well. With music on the portable speakers they sing along, or ring bells in time to the music. It is not your average mid-western bell ringer. For me it is also a reminder that even in unemployment I have much to be grateful for and that there are those in much more need than I. Give a little if you get the chance.
