Headboard
My friend Michelle posted this great idea a few weeks ago. Here is my interpretation of the photo frame headboard. And I used some of Michelle's awesome pictures too!
Jamba Theif!
So I have this new found love of Jamba Juice Granola smoothies for lunch. Specifically the Chunky Strawberry which has yogurt, soy milk, peanut butter, and granola all blended in with the fruit.
It's a walk in place where you place your order then wait until they call it out. So I am waiting and waiting...and they call out Chunky Strawberry! I watched them make it I go to get it, and this other woman reaches out her hand to take it too. The girl behind the counter looks at me. And the other woman says "It's mine." I say "Chunky Strawberry?" She looks at me, takes the smoothie and leaves. Then after waiting a few more minutes the girl who tried to give me my drink asked for the second Chunky Strawberry. The maker of the smoothies said, I already made it, it's hers and points to me.
This is when we realize that this woman had walked in the exit door, waited, and then STOLE MY SMOOTHIE!!! The things people will do for a Jamba Juice. She was so adament. I wasn't about to fight her. But seriously. That was my smoothie.
But I did finally get my smoothie, and with a buttered bagel...Bliss.

Summer Toes
I have been thinking about the all important wedding details like hair and make-up and nails. Since my nails are short that's pretty easy, a sheer pink. But my toes? They are generally bright red or pink, which are not your usual bridal colors and both totally clash with the orange flowers and sashes. But, I just got these really cool orange sandals. So cute, but don't go so much with the red toes. So last night I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. They aren't that expensive hear and I am starting to wear sandals. The number one consideration was something to go with the new shoes! I was looking for a peachy color, thinking a pale or nude would be nice. But all the light colors were pink. Instead I went with a shimmery metallic orange.
And it looks great with the shoes!
And I also decided, who says a bride has to wear light colors or a french manicure. I am wearing bright orange! It works well with the silver too.

100!
Today is a big day. 100 days until I get married. It seems like so far away until I think it's May and that means just over three months. I am trying to patiently wait and enjoy the engagement season of life. The big stuff is all ready to go. So I am working on little odds and ends. I feel like I'm ready, but at the same time starting to worry that I will forget something. 100 little days.
